What is this?

This is the Bespoke Repotting Kit for Orchids. Whether this is your first time repotting a plant or not, this kit is perfect for you. We will take you through everything step by step to make sure your plant gets everything it needs.

How do I know if this is for me?

This kit is perfect if you have an orchid. Whether you have had it for years or bought it in the shop the other day, orchids love a nice environment to grow in. A better soil that allows water to pass through it easier makes it a lot harder to overwater your plant making it easier to keep alive if that is not one of your strong suits.

What do I need to buy?

Orchids don’t come in a large variety of sizes. My research has shown that most orchids can be bought in two sizes. Regular, which is like what you would find in the grocery store flower section in a pot. Large is our size for an orchid that comes in a tall glass jar or in a bowl instead of a pot. You do not add our plant prescription to soil, like you would need to do with our other kits- you pot directly into the plant prescription blend. Orchids prefer a chunkier mix to grow in so that the water can move through it easily and the large roots can grow through without any resistance.

What all comes in my Repotting Kit?

In your repotting kit will be your two repotting items- our custom blended substrate mix and a single use amount of plant food. We recommend the Miracle Grow plant food for your orchid, especially if it is flowering. If you were feeling sassy, you also purchased a custom laser engraved wood plant stake. Recycle all your packaging!

All of our packaging is recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable. The wood wool package filling can go straight on the compost pile or in the brown bin, the rest of your packaging can go straight in the recycle bin, including any staples, labels, or tape. Keep your wax seal and use it again!
