The Littlest Propagation Kit

The Littlest Propagation Kit is a very simple little cat that has a nursery pot, a soil coin, a tub of substrates and a vial of rooting powder. The whole deal of this little kit is that you can keep it in your bag if you’re out somewhere in nature or even just if you see a plant that you really love, the idea is that you can take a small cutting from this plant and use this kit to root it and grow your own plant. 

The key to getting a cutting with the highest chances of it, propagating in growing roots is to 1st check to see if it is a plant that can be grown from cuttings, because some plants cannot. If you are able to grow a plant from a cutting, the ideal cutting is one that contains something called a node. Nodes on a plant are like little joints are as I’d like to call them “plant elbows” that are the place new roots will grow from. Your chances of getting roots to grow from a cutting without a node is quite low, and if you were unsure what a node looks like the plant you are wanting to take a cutting from, you can simply google it and there are a lot of images showing how to identify a node.
